affirmation - I love my body as is health goal - eat food, mostly greens, not too much fitness goal - cardio, maybe mallwalk and talk today if I can find a free friend fitness report - UBWO and stretching was really enjoyable. DH has started working out with me in the evenings. gratitude - an empty calendar day, time to catch up on 'stuff'

Good morning Angels! ♥ Again, it is very cold but beautiful here. The snow is all frozen and staying nice and pure looking, in most areas. This morning I went out to warm up the car and was greeted by the first mating call of the upcoming season of rebirth! I'm sure it was a cardinal just warming up. Suzanne, I love those marigolds. My favorite are the French marigolds and the giant yellow puffball ones. Lisa when I read of your plans to put in a perennial garden the first thing I thought of was an asparagus bed - you would rock one of those. Hello to Michelle, Carol and Anetta if you join us, hoping all are well. Daily Affirmation - The season of yin slowly turns back toward yang. Fitness Report - a high energy Kundalini practice. Health Goal - Work hard at my M.O.G. appointment. Gratitude - nature's first calls.

Good Morning, Dear Ones: Cold and windy here today and I’m looking forward to some sun and warmer temps. Wednesday’s weather spoiled me - it wasn’t particularly warm, but that sun was awesome!
More on plants later. You know I can be long-winded when it comes to plants.
Daily Affirmation: I am a new me and I’m loving it. Fitness Goal: UB strength training; some gentle yoga; and PT exercises Fitness report: only got dance class and PT exercises in yesterday; slightly sore this morning from dance. : ) Health Goal: find some better alternatives for my late-day snack-attacks. (Need to be reaching for those veggies or a protein instead of the carbs!) Gratitude: 32 days til Spring!

I just put in an order at Park Seed. I'm trying the direct seed method in milk jugs. Kale, poppies and marigolds. Hoping to get a great yield from all. I can get lots of seeds from garden club, so I didn't go crazy. I don't need so many seeds of same stuff, either.
Finally off to get that cardio going! Crankin up the tunes!

Lisa: You'll have to let me know how well the milk-jug system works. Earlier, I had thought to mention to you, we love Park Seeds Biodome system with the replacement sponges, but it is an investment.
