* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month

I was busy from 8am till 10:30 prepping and tidying for people coming for lunch then on my feet doing cleanup when they left. No idea how many hours but...am tired and think I will sit most of today...reading.

Rode 50' r.t. to gym. 40' upper body weights. Snowed a lot but 1 or 2 deg celsius (34-35°F) and didn't stick to road. Snow just covered front of my bike tights.
