borntexan, low-carb, but I do use real mayo in this (Sir Kensingtons avocado oil mayo) - just tuna in water, drained well, 1T mayo, 1tsp mustard, 1 hard boiled egg, 2 ribs celery and a little diced onion, salt and pepper

I love dotren's menus. I'd actually lose weight if I ate like that instead of the too much food I shovel in on a daily basis.
