S - Usual coffee B - Hummus and avocado wrap w/shredded carrots, cucumber and ff mozzarella L - Seared Sesame Tuna - Fresh sushi grade ahi tuna in a sesame crust, seared to medium rare. Sliced and set around a sugar snap pea salad with a sesame- ginger- cilantro vinaigrette (on the side) They forgot the dressing. Fortunately she had some balsamic in her office. D - Depends on how big lunch is. I have lo steak over lo mixed greens. Maybe roasted chickpeas as croutons E - 3 walks and 30 minutes on my spin bike

B: coffee L: was a pitiful taco salad without the shell. I think they may have put 2 leafs of lettuce in it. D: chicken salad in a cut da carb wrap w/a mug of bone broth
