cyndee, Thanks for the info. I guess it's just trial and error. It said one side effect could be euphoria, I was really hoping for that but don't think it's going to happen! My husband never had euphoria. Though I have seen him quite happy during our marriage, never euphoric. I hope you can experience a safe and lovely level of euphoria some day. I know how wonderful it can be, but for me it is often very bad news. Most medications list side effects one never gets. I know from experience that some anticonvulsants can occasionally induce hypomania or even mania in people, though gabapentin is sometimes even used to prevent them. I know that seems strange. Since it is prescribed sometimes to people with depression and bipolar disorder, this issue could be a possibility for them (indicating bipolar tendencies). You likely know that gabapentin has many uses. Unless you are genetically prone to having bipolar tendencies, my guess is that euphoria won't be a side effect for you. If it is, I'd mention that to your doctor, especially if euphoria is very notable.

I wanted to thank you for your recommendation of the Slow Cooker French Onion Soup (WW). I made this today and it really was fabulous! Yay. Glad it was a hit. I’ve not eaten a lot of French Onion soup in my life, but among what I’ve had in restaurants, even fancy ones, that WW recipe beat the pants off of them all.
