b- one egg omelet w/ cheese and onion, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- 2 slices left over veggie pizza, coke zero, sugar free pudding d- left over sausage gravy and biscuit, 1% milk
sn- banana, apples
exercise- walked at school, walked dog pm- 7235 steps
