Got an email from WW that a beta version Wellow (works with Amazon Alexa, Google Home devices, or Google Assistant on you smart phones) is available. I gather that it is for voice recognition tracking, looking up Smart Points, and "more." Anyone trying it or going to try it?

bbbearsmom, I don't know if they have improved it but let me see if I can find the old thread about it. Main thing I remember was you could only use one or the other. Give me a sec to find it.

I'm going to wait for the app that knows when i am standing in front of the refrigerator, staring into it, not knowing what I want or how I got there. It can say "Seriously, RAD, what the heck do you think you are doing. Get out of here, you know you aren't hungry."

DebDoesWW, Thanks. itsrad, You need a "Mama Bear" to coach you. A number of years ago a woman wrote a book about how she got her daughter to lose something like 10 to 15 pounds. The secret: nagging.

Oh, nagging would drive me into the arms of a bag of M&M's. Wouldn't be effective for me at all. It really isn't a big problem for me anymore, I was mostly kidding. And if I do catch myself in front of the refrigerator, it looks like the pictures of "do" in the WW leaflet. Mostly produce.

Or maybe just buy one of those fancy new refrigerators with the computer built right in; they must have one with an app that does that.

itsrad, That is pretty much my solution. I keep telling myself if I really want something I can go out and get it but I'm not a "get up and go" person so I'm safe.

Does anyone know how to link Wellow to their Alexa? I can't figure out how to do it. Announcements are unclear on the e-mail and I can only get to the point where it says accounts must be linked. Hmmm.

My Alexa had no clue what I was asking about.

Best way of all. I have been practicing that and am down a few more pounds. When I just can't stand it anymore and want something as a dessert/special meal; I go out or get one serving for the H and I to share. Most of those servings are too large for one to eat anyway. Well I could eat it, but I am trying to share.

My Alexa had no clue what I was asking about. I was surprised that he didn't have problems like a lot of you did. Maybe they did a software upgrade.
