Going around that track just might be the umph you're looking for. I got a few steps yesterday; nothing earth shattering but surely will increase. Up & out early today. Breakfast out with hubby & his son at 9:30 and then I have the whole day; a blank canvas. I will do something to increase my steps. I will add some umph!
