zazzles 1500 calories for a man isn't bad at all but I find it ridiculous that you would have to use 50 SP for a balanced plan like you eat. What is your custom creamer?

zazzles 1500 calories for a man isn't bad at all but I find it ridiculous that you would have to use 50 SP for a balanced plan like you eat. What is your custom creamer? I know, right? That’s why I pretty much ignore SPs. I get a daily allowance of 35 SPs. If I ate as I do and stopped at 35 SPs, I’d be consuming about 1,150 calories. My current custom creamer is 1.5 Tbsp (1.5 oz) FF Half & Half plus 1/2 tsp. SF Coffee Mate Powdered Chocolate creamer. That’s for a 12-oz cup, and I consume two 12-oz cups each morning. That’s only 64 calories but a whopping 3 SPs.

And in an effort to eat more like you, I was inspired to make a lunch for tomorrow of chicken sausage sautéed with onions and bok choy but then I smothered it in Trader Joe's bolognese and some shredded cheese. Baby steps!
