I did two laps around the house yesterday...slowly. Knee is a bit tender this morning but wonder if it was the walk OR the sitting all day playing cards. Will go down and use equipment in the basement if the rain doesn't clear up...at least that is the plan.

Hope your knee feels better. I did have a synvisc (hyaluronon/hyaluronic acid) shot once. Mostly not too bad. So glad our rain and cold weather has eased up and it looks like real spring weather is crashing down on us right now. Daffodils bursting all over. Have gone from highs in the upper 30s and 40s to upper 50s and probably 60 today followed by a string of 60s and maybe even a 70 deg day. Oh my! Sturdied up my pea trellis with some new jute netting yesterday so my sugsar snap pole peas can climb to the sky in celebration.
Yesterday I rode 50' to yoga and did 60' class of my easy "senior yoga". Worked in the pea patch too.
