b- sausage/egg scramble, 1% milk l- tuna sand, light pringles, sugar free pudding, water d- cobb salad (no egg), blue cheese, unsweet tea sn- gerber bar, apples exercise- walked at school, short walk w/ dog pm- 8148 steps I'm w/ DotRen, no eggs on my salad lol
