B - Veggie/cheese frittata over arugula with evoo and lemon, 647 wheat toast
L - Hot pastrami and swiss on light rye with mustard, French green beans w/whipped butter
S - Fresh blueberries in ff Greek yogurt

L: Light lasagna roll with tomato sauce (made with leftover turkey, spinach, sundried tomatoes, onion/garlic, low fat cottage cheese)
D: Turkey reheated, spinach salad with orange segments/strawberry slices and Balsamic vinegar drizzle, maybe a small part of a sweet potato
