I have made gluten steaks recently but know there are recipes for steaks, sausages, luncheon meat and other things using vital wheat gluten with seasonings or with ground chickpeas or other beans. I wondered if anyone has a recipe to share. I plan to make some of these not-meat items in the near future and a tried and true recipe to start with would be appreciated.
