b-egg w cheese on eng muffin, 1% milk l- pizza buffet (several slices) salad w/ ranch, mr. pibb(no diet dr pepper or coke zero) d- maybe none- still full from lunch

exercise- walked am, long walk w/ dog pm- 6970 steps
(was out of town today so my schedule was different)
