Breakfast: 1/2 cup mixed oat groats and wheat berries with chocolate soy milk, chopped banana and tbsp flax seeds - and coffee
Snack: 1/2 a pomelo from the garden
Lunch: 1/2 cup grains (like breakfast) with 1/2 cup red beans and 1/2 cup tomato sauce (heated). Added that to a big bowl or romaine (7 ounces...weighed it ) that I mixed with 2 tbsp ranch dressing
Dinner: I have points galore or can stick with caloriies ala MFP...probably will have either an eggplant/tomato/green pepper/onion/garlic pita wrap OR a smoothie with pb, banana and milk...we will see what happens in the next few hours.

My mom used to make a big deal about St. Patrick's day since her maternal grandfather was 100% Irish, but sadly my Czech husband doesn't like the traditional Irish fare. Oh well!
Breakfast was just yogurt, berries, an half of banana, coffee and 1/2 cup Tropicana 50 OJ.
Lunch will be leftover sushi.
Dinner will be a Hello Fresh meal (Lemon Chive Chicken with roasted carrots and mashed potatoes).
