b- 2 eggs, 1 turkey sausage patty, 1 slice fresh whole wheat toast, 2 glasses 1% milk l- bacon ranch pasta salad d- chicken quesadilla, mini wholly guac, coke zero

exercise- didn't work-took day off- few errands, walked dog pm- 5856 steps
