I was up .2 this week which I did a very big happy dance this morning. I was way off w/ my eating for various reasons and I wasn't able to walk much. So, this was a gift. NSV- about a month ago (a little late with this) a lady who hadn't seen me in a while asked me if I had lost weight she asked me what I was doing and she said she was actually starting that Saturday on WW. I need to call and check on her to see how she's doing. A weird thing, though... I had 2 doctor's appts on Monday this week, one was my pcp who I had seen in Dec. and one was my gyno who was a year ago- now, in Dec. I had lost weight but not as much as now of course but my gyno .. I've lost quite a bit and NEITHER one of them mentioned my weight!! My thing is.... if someone had lost 40 pounds.... wouldn't you ask.... are you trying to lose weight? because it could be a health issue! Some people don't realize they are losing weight, even a lot or they do but just don't think much about it.. they might think, well I'm walking more, etc. but it could actually be an underlying health issue. I just thought it odd. I mean if it was only 10 lb that would be one thing... Anyway, just bothered me a bit that they weren't looking at my chart more closely? ? IDK

mom2casey I agree that is strange that neither one of them mentioned the weight loss. It obviously can be a sign of so many underlying conditions very strange they didn't ask if a 40 pound loss was intentional. BTW 40 pounds!!! Woot woot!!

I was exactly the same the last 3 weeks - A shade below goal. Hopefully Las Vegas next week won't trip me up. I have already pretracked a 43 SP meal at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill which I enjoy every year.

It is so nice to have a safe place to check in each week. Happy for all who lost and wishing ALL of us, whether we lost or not, a successful on program week this week!
