Good morning
Debbie good news on your ankle that it continues to improve. I hope the next visit the Doctor clears you for more weight bearing exercises.
Amy WTG with your loss. You are doing so good!
Mo how are you?
I am so down this morning. I have not been paying attention to my CC balances and wow! I did a spreadsheet this morning of all I owe and it is not pretty. I'll try not to stress eat.
On a good note I had a small loss at my WW meeting on Tuesday. I use my home scale for here. I think I will go walk on the TM and clear my head.

Good morning! Thanks for starting us Brenda!
hey, I made it to the gym this morning for spinning and 1 set of arm weight machines! I tried standing just a little in spining class and my right foot didn't feel any different than the left foot, woohoo! That's really encouraging but I've learned my lesson and am not going to push it! But it shows just how unready I was to try standing in spinning class back in October and shows how really really really unwise it was to try jogging!
I did see another podiatrist yesterday for a second opinion. He said I should leave the broken in the foot because it's completely encased in bone -which agrees with my podiatrist. I did NOT like this second podiatrist but he did put my mind at ease, sort of. He said I shouldn't expect to be able to run or even jog again because it would hurt too much. I think he looked at me and saw a fat, middle-aged woman and wrote me off. Sadly, I'm used to that. My podiatrist does think I'll be able to run again, as do I, provided I get this excess weight off. Which I will. This year!

Since the physical therapists have begun torturing me every visit ;-) with an instrument to break up scar tissue on my right foot, the difference in my range of motion is amazing! I'm thinking of adding a third visit each week to the PT. The momentary pain is worth the major improvement I'm seeing and feeling! And as a side benefit of being able to walk better, my left knee is also feeling better!

Deb you and Brenda deal with a lot. i just need to allow for new hours to try to include walking on treadmill again if I get up later. Ive figured out the food end. Cut 2 meals a day to 8. I did 1 segment need 3 more for 2 miles.. I went for s walk to mcDonalds and back with 2 residents here. It was 2 miles altogether. So at least I got some walking in yesterday. I had a diet coke. It id going to get in the 50's today. There is still some areas with ice where water melted and refroze. I really have t get 15 pounds off by July, And then 25 more pounds by January.
