June, thanks for our start. Your parents are lucky you live so close. Sorry about break being over. It is always too short.
I had so much fun volunteering in Leo's kindergarten class yesterday. The kids are adorable. There was only one other Caucasian child because Thomas was absent. It is so high tech. Oliver had a birthday and the teacher played a cartoon video of the Beatles singing Today It's Your Birthday. I helped with math groups. They are learning subtraction and writing equations. Six kites are in the sky and 2 fell down. How many are left? They drew kites, colored them, wrote the equation with numbers facing the right way. A friend suggested drinking 2T apple cider vinegar with 1t honey and a bit of stevia before each meal and it really makes you full. My father did that in the 70s. I have his book and notes. Today I have a massage at 9 and am going to buy two rolls and good pickles to have corned beef sandwiches with big green salads for dinner. I volunteer in Leo's class 12:30-2 but only 2 days a week. I hope this works for everyone.

What I can do: * track every BLT * have moderate balanced meals * walk a bit then a bit more * stay positive * hydrate
Yesterday was a good day I:
* wrote down all I ate * was OP * did not open the wine * bought groceries and produce * walked while the cat was eating...walked in place as walking around made her want to join me
Starting day three back OP - feels GREAT!

Get my rear to the gym and then come back for personals.
June - Sorry your break is over. Audrey - Glad you enjoyed being in Leo's class. I'm sure the teacher is happy for the help no matter how much or little. Apple cider vinegar is just so good! Good morning Ann! Good job Cathy! I have a plan-ish. Will formalize at the gym.

It's 34* and will get to the low 50s today with sunshine and light winds. The last day before Spring... πΏπ·πΏ
DivaTaxi's done its morning run and MHMR is OFF my schedule (MissMouse is WFH).
Yesterday was the furthest thing from normal-ish. There was not one thing on my schedule that was not, in some way, changed. <meh>.
This morning I have my MRI (with/without contrast) at 10:30 so we'll leave here around 9:30. Yes, I've shanghaied Toots into driving me; perhaps we'll go out to lunch afterward, as our Sunday-on-Tuesday-Steak-Dinner. Tonight he has rehearsal and I'll have the Kressling here for trombone practice.
Coffee... βοΈβοΈβοΈ...

Audrey Nothing like being w/ lil ones to lift your spirits and make you smile. So wonderful that you can offer you time, attention, and teaching skills. The teacher and children are lucky to have you in the classroom. A massage sounds relaxing. Enjoy! Great way to use the l/o corn beef.
Ann Is the appt. a follow up for the loose tooth? If so, then I hope that the dental option for your loose tooth does not involve an extraction. Surprising how shopping can really add your step total.
Susi Am certain that your outline will become a full fledged plan by the time you leave the gym. Mj Hope the test goes smoothly. Glad that Toot is going with you and that you may dine out. Both distractions are good! So DS headed back to work. Hope his knee is less painful today.
Cathy Happy for you! Great plans for another OP day. Love the anecdote of walking in place to avoid a kitty who wants to participate, but not in a helpful way.

Okey dokey Will enjoy another cup of tea, then decide what breakfast will be-- Gk yogurt, oatmeal, or vegetable scramble in a half pita pocket. Packing an Apple, string cheese, & water bottle. May walk in the inner quad to add some steps to my morning.
Have a happy, healthy day! Waving "hi" to Bee j, Becky, LaDonna & Pam!

So DS headed back to work. Hope his knee is less painful today. The swelling is down but not gone. He's got ibuprofen with him. <fingers crossed> that it doesn't flare up.

Good morning all, Monday was a pretty good OP day. Will try and repeat today. Feel a little more rested. Bee, sorry to hear about your eye. I pray all will be well and that you are led to just the right specialists. June, I had to make a very late evening grocery store run yesterday. Right after work I had to meet with an accountant about a tax mess at our church from several years back so i was shopping at 8:30 last evening but it had to be done LOL Was out of several things. Hoping to be able to enjoy the entire evening at home today. Audrey, the volunteering sounds fun and so rewarding. Interesting about the ACV. I've heard good things about that product many times. Ann, happy walking and glad u rested well again Cathy great job on day 3! Susi, have a great workout! MJ, hope the grand is better.
