Ann, hope you're doing better and able to eat more today.
Susi, I know you will have it figured out soon. Enjoy the workshop.
June, hope it all goes smooth. I am sure you will do a good job teaching the class.
MJ, today is the first day of Spring. Your temps have about 8 hours to get in line. Enjoy the day and thanks for the prayers.
Audrey, hope the cut and color go well. Dinner sounds really good. I am having roast beef atop a baked sweet tater with lots of raw veggies as a salad, and soem roasted carrots.
Becky, yes, grocery shopping is an on-going thing. Hope you get some good bargains.
Cathy, the ever existing problem of a new phone. They should hold classes for such. LOL Enjoy your day out with friends.
LaDonna, work drama is the very worst kind. Hope it is a better day than you expect.
My day is planned --- cleaning out the fridge is on my agenda and maybe some typing.
I am willing to be WILLING and AWARE!
Hope ALL have a great day!

Cathy Good for you on the new phones.Great idea to get in walk before you meet friends.Have fun.
June I'm glad the extra classes are only for this week.I'm glad you only have one crazy day.I hope you find your parents well.
MJ It doesn't seem like you are having spring like temps for the first day of spring. We need groceries too.The fridge is almost bare.I hope you don't have to pay too much for those services.
Ann Take it easy today.I hope you feel some better.
June That dinner does sound good and easier.I have ACV on my shopping list for today. If my DH liked chicken our dinners would be simpler.Oh well if the weather holds without much wind he will grill pork chops and steak outside tonight.
LaDonna I'm glad you feel pretty rested this morning and you have a plan in place.I hope you get your walk in today.Unfortunately we never find any really good deals at the grocery store but their new weekly sale starts today so maybe.I'm sorry you are having work drama. That is the worst.
Bee Yes grocery shopping is an ongoing thing.I have cut it down to 3 times a week and get just enough to last in between. It's too hard to keep fresh fruit good for any longer than 2-3 days and I don't care for frozen fruit.Great goals to be willing and aware.
Since we have to buy groceries and go to Walmart I may not get my afternoon walk in or if I do I will make it a short one since my knee and ankle both hurt and the recumbent bike isn't making it any better.I will try to do something to get in 30 min of exercise plus my steps.
Have a good day friends.

June - That was a very interesting time in history. I never had any interest in the Hoover Dam until I was on a bus trip to the Grand Canyon and they showed a documentary on the making of the dam. Depending on how things go next week, I might try to make it a destination. Good plan for organizing your day and meals. Yep, a rotisserie chicken makes life easier. I actually picked up Perdue shortcuts at a really good sale price! Enjoy your hair appointment. What time should I be there for dinner? Becky - Have fun shopping. I'm not much of a shopper but when I do, I prefer food shopping and big ticket items shopping. :-) Sorry to hear about your knee and ankle. Cathy - Enjoy your time with your friends. MJ - Hopefully all the insurance for Feb service has been straightened out. Ann - Hope you start feeling more like you. It's hard being out of sorts. LaDonna - I am fortunate to mostly be out of the way of work drama. Hope you get in some lovely walks! Bee - Enjoy following your plan today! WI was below goal. I will go to my workshop but have to admit that all these "touchy feely" topics are not geared to Lifetimers at goal. However, the last time I thought I could do it without the meetings, it didn't go so well. Dinner is still up in the air. Pizza is easiest but take out duck buns or tuna tartare are still options.

We've had occasional rain showers since last night but none when I carried the china to the clubhouse, or when I left my hair appointment or when I took the dog on a brief walk. I stopped to talk to my neighbor whose son was killed by a hit and run driver in September. She, friends and family were in Sacramento yesterday where a Republican Assemblyman from our area is trying to pass a bill for stricter laws for those who leave the scene of a crime. gvwire.com/2019/03/19/gladdings-powerful-testimony-changes-minds-in-assembly/I find it so hard to believe they were set to vote no because they are Democrats and Patterson is a Republican. Shame on them and bravo to Susan for being such a strong powerful young widow. They commissioners also felt the law may hurt immigrants. This is insane. You can be an accessory to killing someone and leaving the scene and your rights are more important than those of the person killed. The driver was sentenced to 3 years but will get off in 18 months. The guy who got the truck fixed will wear an ankle bracelet for a short time and the girl who admits to paying for the vehicle repair and masterminded the way they left the scene gets to finish her semester at Fresno State. At first she woulld be sentenced to on May 13th, Gavin Gladding's birthday, but it was moved to May 24th so she had time to relax after school was over.

Politics never ceases to amaze me Audrey. I hope the bill is passed. I have very strong political beliefs which is why I don't get into discussions lol but when I hear of this nonsense it makes my blood boil.
I am feeling much better. Managed to eat a turkey dinner and also scheduled a mani pedi for tomorrow. Carl gave me a gift card for Valentine's day that I totally forgot about. It made my day
Sweet dreams and don't forget to look at the full moon on the equinox.
