Tomorrow I shall plan my day. Today the meals were what I could get down. I ate ice cream even though I'm not a fan.

Wednesday's goals
Eat the rest of my vegetable scramble for breakfast. Pack of healthy snack. Complete R's paperwork for consult w/ orthopaedic doctor. Get a feel for this ortho center w/ the possibility of switching to a new podiatrist.
Do right by the students in my colleague's class. Looking forward to examine my fav New Deal program, the CCC. May also have students analyze some letters from children to Eleanor Roosevelt. So heartbreaking how much need that they has and their desperate pleas for help. One young girl asked if the First Lady could send her any old, even soiled, dresses, slips, and stockings. The girl had no clothes decent enough to wear to school.

Ann Rest well, my friend.
Susi You have a big chunk of the day figured out. By the time evening arrives, you will have the missing piece in place.

I have a color and cut from 9-11 and then I will take my china to the clubhouse to get it ready for the sale. Our younger daughter and her family are coming for dinner. Instead of the usual tilapia or spaghetti, I am making oven baked panko crusted chicken, Skinnytaste cheesy cauliflower mash, tater tots, green salad and I bought a chocolate roll cake I will put green sprinkles on for dessert. This is actually the least busy day so far this week.

Audrey Seems like a good balance today-- walking, pampering, errand running, and hosting a family dinner. M m m.... dinner sounds tasty. How cute to add the sprinkles to the chocolate roll. Enjoy your family time. Hope that the sales event is successful for all involved.
Becky Grocery shopping does seem to be one of those endless jobs! As far as I know, I am only teaching the extra classes this week. Luckily, Fred is teaching 3 sections of US 2, so it is one class preparation. I can still check on my parents today & Friday as I normally do. If not too tired, I can stop by on Thursday. Thursday will be my whirlwind-- three, 75 minute classes back to back. I will likely add some document analysis work in the us2 classes and my own World History class to save my voice. Or maybe I can find a suitable video clip for US 2.
Cathy Have a wonderful visit w/ your friends. You have a "doable" plan in place. Sometimes I think to look for YouTube videos for situations like that.

Okey dokey Defrosted some frozen, homemade meatball mixture. Time to decide if it just becomes meat sauce & spaghetti, meatballs, or salad. Can add sliced cucumbers & tomatoes. Dinner will work if the rest of my day is lean & zero point foods.
Today I only have to show up for one, 50- minute class at 11 am. Then R has an appointment at 3. I can squeeze in avisit to mom & dad after class. Maybe I can prepare the documents this morning or tonight. One day of crazy, Thursday, I can do.

πΏπ·πΏIt's SPRINGπΏπ·πΏ Well, "[t]he precise time of the astronomical start of spring is Wednesday at 5:58 p.m. ET."
It's 28* and will get to the mid 50s today with sunshine and light winds. By soccer time (6-8 PM) it will be back in the 40s.
DivaTaxi's done its morning run and MHMR is modified. MissMouse is WFH since this is MousekeTWO's day to be feverish and MM would have to stay who-knows-how-late at the office if she went in. So Toots & I will go over at 8:30 AM to take the Mouseketeer to school.
Groceries! They are a priority. And a trip to UnivRad to get a disk for the 2/14 mammo & ultrasound and to discuss the bill for that service. Then some CinderElla/Fella chores until it's time to get the Kressling for soccer practice.
But right now, coffee... to take the chill off... βοΈβοΈβοΈ...
πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏ Have a healthy-eating day, all! πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏπ·πΏ
