Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. 2 laps in the morninig and 2 in the evening plus some walking while getting the new phone that I still need to figure out.
Bob: Sounds like an active weekend and nice weather. I had windows open last night and woke to birdsong.

About 72°F yesterday and windy. Had a lot of open windows and opened skylight at night. Rode 45' to Yoga and did 60' yoga class. Rode around wetlands later with DW for another 45'.
