Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. Did three laps before going to spend the day with friends. Thought I would do more when I got home but was tired. Am still tired this morning but will go out and walk at least three laps this morning and three this afternoon.

I did my 75min walk w a buddy yesterday. I then did my Skyline hill climb loop for 90 min. Good day but too much cake later on.
Will go to gym a different day as I was too busy overall.
