* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. Did four slow laps in the morning thinking I would do more in the afternoon...did not happen. I am thinking adding one lap per morning will work just fine and if I want to do more in the afternoon do some stretching or weights or one of the machines in the basement...even turn music on and dance a song or two.

Rode 50' to yoga and did 60' class yesterday.
