⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. If you give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

Since I can "see" who I want to be tomorrow I will do what it takes today...at least part of it
I have eaten the overnight oats and will soon head out to get in the 5 laps (4 yesterday) to increase my endurance. Knee still hurts but it is doable and until it is NOT doable the plan is to increase a lap a day...if that is not possible I will think of something else.
BOB: You are amazing! I used to love riding bikes but here in Lebanon it would be crazy to do so, I think. Drivers are crazy here! I wonder how many comparisons there are between life and bikes...gears and handlebars and peddles and such...something fun to think about.
KAREN: Hooray for a good doctor's appointment and a clear plan moving forward. I am sure you enjoyed the dinner out and celebrating the good news. Here's to us being more active and OP in the future.

Yeah I get that Cathy. I know some folks ride bikes across Madagascar too but SHEESH I wouldn't do it. Motorists are crazy and sorta enjoy lording it over pedestrians and cyclists. I will do what I can today. going for a walk and then some sort of bike ride and or gym trip. Suppose to rain by early p.m. anyway. Karen: I am so happy things are going well with you and your recovery.

Thanks guys. Yesterday was an indoor day. Rainy, raw, and did some baking. Couldn't make the Hammentashen on Wednesday since we were in the city so I made them yesterday. Only had a couple, for quality control, of course. Delivered some today and more over the weekend. My husband loves them. We kicked P/T up quite a bit this morning but it felt good. I do feel a bit sore but not in a bad way. Had another dr's appt this afternoon and then made a cookie run so now we're in for the evening. I fell in the house - tripped over something and went down flat but I feel OK and I'm sure my shoulder is fine. I realize that as I get older I really need to be careful. I was in good supportive sneakers too. I only wear practical shoes. Getting some weight off will certainly help. So far so good today. I'm thinking about my return to work and when that should be. I think early April maybe. Busy weekend ahead. Be careful out there both of you!
Love the quote - and what we do today to stay OP may be reflected tomorrow but if not, our good habits and mindfulness will eventually make a difference & take us where we need to go. We just need to remember we're in the driver's seat.
