b- one egg omelet w/ cheese and onions, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- left over soft taco, small salad w/ ranch, sugar free pudding, water d- pork bbq sand, cole slaw, unsweet tea sn- banana, skinny cow ice cream bar exercise- walked at school, walked dog pm-8540 steps nsv- at dinner tonight I REALLY wanted a piece of choc cake but chose to eat a skinny cow ice cream bar tonight

It's kind of funny. When I'm eating grains, especially wheat, I don't realize how bad I feel until I stop eating them and realize how good I feel lol.
