Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. walked 5 laps in am in 17 minutes and it said on Map Your Walk I did .6 miles
Plan today is to do 6 laps...

Sounds like you have a nice app for walking. I use my little bike computer to track both biking and walking routes and distances. Well we had a piddly shower or two yesterday. Walked 75' early. I mowed the dampish lawn (messy) for another 40'. I then rode in the piddly showers 40' to the gym and did 30' of upper body weights.
