Weather is overcast AND there is a man from Syria working in the garden SO might exercise when he leaves or do 20 minutes in the basement on a device or just walk or dance or something like that.
BOB: I have a new phone and put in the Map my Walk app that synchs with the My Fitness Pal app...using it hasn't been possible with the old phone but do like it when it works.

Nice Cathy! I rode my skyline hillclimb loop yesterday for 90'. Walked 75' w buddy esrly. I mowed back lawn for another 40'.
