I think we have already had our first day of healthy living but did find that quote interesting...it kind of says...put it off or start on it...there are definitely things I could start that I don't.
As for the second quote...I find it a bit negative and was trying to figure out how to make it positive...I understand that we are in charge and our choices determine the outcome but...scare tactic or???

I think for me most every day starts out as a day one and then.... I don't know. Yesterday was a pretty good day. Could it have been better? Absolutely. So here's to today! Waking up gave me another chance to do it better; to take care of my body.
