Oh, no, Ann and June started the same thread. Safe travels, Susi. I am willing to track, stay in the zone, move a lot and drink my water. I have a manicure at 9, and then I am going to the Pilates Studio to buy copies of 365 Days of Optimism by Wendy Jones. Wendy was one of my babysitters and her dad Bill was CA's Secretary of State. They used to live a few blocks from us and with her sister Andrea are a wonderful family. i am buying copies for me, my friend Carolyn, my friend Charlotte, my daughters Laura and Rachel and my daughter-in-law Whitney all for Mothers' Day gifts. I want to support Wendy and this seems like a great way to do it and also help those I love. My friend texted me to say her back was better and she would love to go to lunch Thursday. I told her I would pick her up after I changed from Pilates and it would be my treat since she paid last time. There will be no shopping and hopefully a relaxing lunch. I have nothing to do the rest of the day. I texted back telling her to take care of her back, no heavy lifting and to hold the handrail of the stairs. That's all I can do. She will receive one of Wendy's books. Dinner is Skinnytaste shrimp with brown rice, asparagus and frozen peas. Sounds good on what may be a rainy day.

At airport waiting for takeoff. Full flight. Had coffee and a banana. Should hold me. Audrey, sounds like the book is a win win. Waving to everyone else

Today I am willing to:
* Stay OP
* Walk ten laps (already done...just over a mile) * Stay hydrated * track every BLT * look up the items the hostess told me she is having at the meal tomorrow so that I can stay OP (or as close to OP as possible)

DivaTaxi's done its morning run. MHMR is back on its normal schedule. Once I'm done with that, I will come home and do Not Much; this may include going back to bed. We do need a grocery run either today or tomorrow but the list isn't made up yet.
My training session at LA-Fitness with the Training Director (AKA Tigger) was intense and good. And I ache all over this morning, as expected. So anything I do today will be in the realm of stretching.
MousekeTWO had his recheck and is FINE. The pediatrician did say that it could take up to a couple of weeks for him to be ALL better, so we'll just make sure he gets enough rest when he says he needs it.
Last evening's soccer schedule went sideways in a midday message and I replanned. At 3:30 it skewed back to the original time; however, that meant verbaling a long list to Toots (he was at home; I was at the MousekeHouse) since I was not properly dressed to sit outside in the cold and the usual pickup schedule for the Kressling was missed and he needed stuff from our house, too. I wanted to scream but it would have scared the Mice. Either way, it made for an evening of sitting on cold metal bleachers and getting rained on. <bleckh>. Since Son#1 had K'ling2 at HIS practice, the Zigster spent the evening with Toots.
Toots has rehearsal tonight and the Kressling will be here for trombone practice. Dinner will be pork shoulder leftovers, repurposed somehow.
Coffee sure does help wake me up... βοΈβοΈβοΈ...
π±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ± Have a healthy-eating day, all! π±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ±πΏβοΈπΏπ±

Just got in from my meeting - stopped by Sams and got some apples then Wendy's and brought home a baked potato and chili for supper tonight. I ate very light at lunch but did have a very small brownie. will try and get my walk in later. OP day so far. I'll have just enough points to have a fit/active yogurt later if I need something else. Susi, wishing you safe travels and a great trip. Bee, and Becky, me too June, hope all is well. Audrey, great idea for the book purchase. Cathy, great way to be proactive. Ann, I've felt more rested this week. That time change gets to me everytime. I hope they will leave it like this. MJ, glad the mouse's ck up went well. Pam wishing you a great day also.

I have read everything but it's hard to respond from my phone. Its 3:30 and I already have 5 miles in. And we still are walking to dinner and a show tonight so I'm doing good on steps. the gym in this hotel is free so I will use that tomorrow morning before we check out. Then on Friday at the other hotel I have use of the facilities because it's my spa day. That should be enough combined with all the walking I'm doing

Dinner is a stir fry of veggies I have on hand --- cabbage, carrots, half a chopped sweet tater, and cabbage along with applewood chicken sausage. Pan sauteed okra and half an avocado.
