I randomly found a recipe online for "brownies" made with only 2 ingredients: banana and cocoa powder. You can add chocolate chips for a third ingredient but it's optional.
Mix 3 large mashed ripe bananas with 1/4 cup cocoa powder and bake in 8x8 pan for 25 minutes at 350. Let cool completely before cutting into them. They definitely taste mostly like banana but they also have an extreme chocolate flavor which I like but my little girls did not.

I could see liking them and my son not. I love frozen chocolate covered bananas, so if it's anything like that, I'd be good.

It pretty much is, only chocolate flavor is throughout instead of only on the outside.

Drinking the Swiss Miss 35 calorie cocoa as I read this. I am a baker so what I make infrequently is the real deal with no in between.

I bake too, usually only the real deal, however I have zero self control around the real deal so when I happened upon the substitute I wanted to try it. Or I could do the real deal and be up 12 lbs by Saturday.

A few years ago I use to put cocoa powder in my fat-free yogurt. Don't remember why I stopped doing it. Share my fat free Greek yogurt with one of my cats now so cocoa powder is out.

You could always scoop out a bit for the cat and then put the powder in the rest. That sounds interesting to try too. I never thought of putting cocoa powder in anything except dessert recipes.
I'm not usually into substitutes for sweets but I'm in "on" mode right now and trying to keep real indulgences sparingly. So to find low calorie "treats" I'm open to trying different things. I'm even considering the jello fat free puddings.
Another thing i was thinking of doing is when my girls were babies I made all their baby food from scratch (easy stuff, nothing complicated) and one thing I did was plain Greek yogurt in the blender with extremely ripe fruit. It was so good! I should do that again.
