WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from January 1 to March 20.

Challenges this week:
Sun -go the extra mile!
Mon -OP day
Tues -work those arms!
Wed -journal it
Thurs -at least 6 servings water
Fri -at least 5 servings fruits&veggies
Sat -work those abs

Good morning! I am down -2.4 this week! Jim and I are going overnight tomorrow night to a casino in MD. I am so happy to be taking Monday off!

Debbie that is great news on the ankle. Sounds like you are being smart on taking it slowly. I too need to get this weight off. My foot is weird. It is the left foot and on the left side. It will hurt on top and then the bottom. Weird. I really need new shoes. The vertigo is a hit or miss. If I watch the sodium I do pretty good. But I know I am blessed--it could be worse.
Amy how are the bed bugs? Do you still like the TM?
Cold here this morning, but will warm up this afternoon. I see walking the towpath in my future.

This is my home WI. I really hope to keep it going so I have a good WI at WW on Tuesday. I can't wait to be below 200.
