* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. Had worked up to ten laps then took off a couple of days...no idea why incentive and momentum can run strong then...disappear in the blink of the eye.
BOB: Glad your wife has you there to make sure all goes well with the cataract surgery. From what I understand she should be up and around quickly with much improved eyesight. Glad you found time to get out and exercise, too.
