Chele, thanks for the start. I like PB toast with a banana, but have never put the banana on a sandwich. I've never been a big fan of jelly for some reason. Pretty rose in your avatar. Is that from your garden?
Karen, I had dinner with DM and the aunt from PA last night and we had a lot of laughs. Sounds like everything went great on the trip and they really enjoyed NO. Glad you had a good time with your friends.
Linda, hope Micki is doing better.
Becky, did you get a freeze? Our so called cold front is coming through, but the the temps won't drop by much. Highs in the 70s for a day or two though, so I'll take it. I didn't get the email from WW with the extra $10 off, so I guess I must've taken the bait too quickly!
Liz, hope the work week is going okay.

Micki kept down water and was peppy. did ok yesterday, Started putting a little of his food into hamburger and rice. He is quite hungry. Hoping it was just a one day change of diet, excitement overeating thing.
Getting fitted for orthotics this morning. Dr thinks it might stabilize the knee and slow down degeneration of cartilege. I used to have them, but they started to hurt as foot changed...should have done it then.

Thanks for the start, Chele. Pretty rose! When I accompany my PB with anything, it's usually elderberry jam from the apple orchard. What's on your agenda for the day? It's a shame you can't import the family olive oil for personal use. Does Iggy every bring back some in a suitcase when he visits his family? After having the fresh stuff, I think it would be difficult for me to settle for the super market stuff we can get in this country.
Kathy, where in PA does your aunt live? I grew up in and near Pittsburgh. It's great that they had such a fabulous time on the NO trip. I wonder how many other people besides you and Becky jumped at the WW offer and now wish they had waited a couple of days.
How's your boy, Linda? Did you figure out why he was throwing up? Most of the time when one of mine did that, they were going from both ends. Were you giving him the Royal Canin or were you waiting on that? His little system is probably quite empty, so I'm glad he seems to have his appetite back. Good luck with the orthotics. I hope they help your knee. I blame the ones I had 20 years ago for the foot problems that led to my surgeries.
Becky, how cold was your weather this morning? Does Scooter prefer to be in or out these days when it's cooler?
Is your weather moderating any, Liz? How is Zoe's tail these days? Do you have appointments yet for your blood work and the rheumatologist?
We have a cool, rainy morning here but I hope the rain will move on. I went to AF and then Aldi and this afternoon will be laundry and some work on the newsletter. Still waiting for a number of things. Dale wants to cut down a few small trees later this afternoon to give us a little more lake view. It's on a slope so I hope the rain won't make it slick for him.

Kathy, the rose is from last year. I donāt think the plant survived the winter. Glad DM and aunts had a good time and you had a chance to catch up with two of them. Linda, I am happy to hear Micki is feeling better. I hope the orthotics work for you. How is the knee doing after the shot? Becky, I am glad you had a good day for a walk yesterday. We plan on getting another dog at the latest when Iggy retires in 4 years. I hope it can be sooner than that. We shall see. Liz, still on the crazy train? Is there a supply closet you can hide out in and scream into a pillow? Karen, I am glad you had a good times with old friends. Does Dale use a power saw? Those scare the life out of me. Iggy has one and I never like it when he uses it. I still havenāt made it to Aldi. I just never think about it. It would be hard to get the olive oil through customs. The oil we get is directly from Lebanon and stocked at the Middle Eastern deli and it is really good as well as cheaper than the oil at Kroger or Meijer. I did my workout and made a loaf of āItalianā wheat bread in the Zo. It has some basil and olive oil in it so they called it Italian. It is cooling right now. I have prepared some butternut squash for roasting and I will have it with some flounder tonight. Iggy is taking clients out to dinner so I am on my own. I am going through all the junk mail and shredding all the credit card applications we are sent. And how did I get on the mailing list of so many catalogs? AARP is relentless, too. I thought with the internet we would stop getting so much junk. At least the junk in my motherās name is finally dwindling down after almost 10 years. Okay, mini rant on junk mail over.

Chele, it's great that you can get bonafide Lebanese olive oil. And, how wonderful that it's cheaper that the grocery store stuff. How did the "Italian" bread do in the Zo? I didn't renew AARP when it expired because of all the junk mail. I think some of the charities also sell address lists to increase revenue. DFIL has been gone 8+ years and we still occasionally get mail in his name and more frequently for DMIL who has been gone 5+ years. So I guess, based on your comment with your DM, we still have a few years for both of them. We had to use our address as forwarding after she died, but she was still in the house where Dale grew up when DFIL died, so his address was never our address. Rant away!! I'm right there with you! I think Dale plans to use a manual saw, but it still worries me to have him on a steep slope with any kind of sharp tool. The trees are somewhat small, so it shouldn't take long, even with a manual saw.
Our rain seems to have moved on but we still have a dreary day and if it wasn't 1/2 hour from Arya's dinner time, I might try to take a nap. It's one of those kind of days.

Thanks for the start Chele.I like PB but I try not to have it very often. No added jelly for me.Pretty rose.
Kathy I'm glad you had a good time last night. We did get an unexpected freeze @ a low of 31 this morning. However at 3:00 it's a beautiful sunny 75 degrees with little wind.I rejoined WW the day after you so maybe they hadn't gotten the notice when I received the 2nd email because I didn't get a 2nd email on the $10 off the special you and I received.
Linda I'm glad Micki is doing better.Good luck with the fitting for the orthotics.
Karen We got down to 31 this morning. When I woke up I asked Kenneth where Scooter was and he said he put her out at 11:00 last night because she evidently needed out.I asked him if he knew how cold it was and when he went to get her she was laying calmly on her chair in the yard. With her being all black I think she would rather have cool weather rather than hot.Send your rain here.We really could use some.
Chele We paid off some bills about 6 months ago and we get so many cc applications now it's unreal.
We didn't have much to do this morning so I ended up walking before lunch. It was 60 and beautiful and I enjoyed it.I think I will do a round or 2 on the bike in addition.
Liz I know you are having a crazy week.Hang in there.

Chele, if I look up our house on some of those online real estate sites supposed my dead parents live here..25 years After cremation. but we somehow got post office not to send mail to them here.
I have AARP but really get very little junk from them.
Yes charities do sell their lists...you get on the āsucker listā for repeats too. sort of stupid because then they have a lot of competition.
