Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. It is Wednesday - doubt there will be any exercise today - might surprise myself, though?
Sunshine today makes me think that there might be laps to walk tomorrow.

So Monday I did an extra ride in the West Hills including a super steep climb. I think my friends challenged my mind to be "ouuta my mind". Also did my usu morning walk 75' and a 30' walk with DW. Tue I rode to yoga for 40', did a 60' class and walked early with a buddy for 75'.
