B: coffee L: salmon "sushi" (low-carb version: nori sheet smeared w/whipped cream cheese, then layered w/salmon, cucumber, carrot and avocado -I mix a little soy sauce and unseasoned rice vinegar to dip it in) D: Catholic church fish fry! I abstained all through lent, and TBH it's usually really bad lol - but it's kind of traditional that we pick it up at least once during Lent. I'm thinking i'll just have the fish (very light cornmeal batter usually)and low-carb tortillas to make fish tacos and have a salad with it.

Catholic church fish fry! Some of these gatherings offer a baked-fish option in addition to the <omg> fried (the one at our local K of C does - it's what the nuns always got)...

b- one egg omelet w/ onions and cheese, 1 turkey sausage patty, 1% milk l- salad w/ grilled chicken, cheese, cranberries, light catalina dressing, water d- double cheeseburger, fries, coke zero
sn- grapes, gerber bar
exercise- walked at school, short walk pm- 8277 steps
