B: One slice artisan whole wheat bread with a little Benocol and 2 tsp raspberry preserves, 1/2 cup light OJ, coffee w/skim milk
L: Chiang Mai turkey meatballs with mustard greens in lemongrass broth, maybe a little Jasmine rice
D: Leftovers from lunch
Snacks: Skim milk coffee drink, crudites, maybe a little light scallion/chive cream cheese, a small slice Žemlovka (aka zemlbába)
