susiq25679 , I like that 647 bread a lot. Really, I'm amazed by it. It doesn't even seem like diet bread, to me. I noticed that in addition to white, wheat, and Italian, they now have hamburger buns, too. I actually ate fewer and better foods than I listed in yesterday's thread. Yay! B: Organic date and almond oatmeal with skim milk, 1/2 cup light OJ, coffee w/skim milk, lf cherry yogurt L: Leftover shrimp Pad Thai D: Chiang Mai Turkey meatballs with mustard greens in lemongrass broth (this week was Thai New Year themed week at Sun Basket) Snacks: Zemlovka slice with fat free whipped topping, crudites, Mandarin orange, espresso, diet soda

I noticed that in addition to white, wheat, and Italian, they now have hamburger buns, too. I just saw the hamburger and hot dog buns recently. Haven't tried them yet. I like that they don't seem like a diet bread.
