Went to an early morning WW meeting and decided to try the packaged blueberry muffin cups when I got home. Yuck! Sickeningly sweet, artificial tasting and awful texture. Tossed it immediately. That said....I’m at a loss to understand why WW hasn’t reformulated the smoothies and coffee packets, but managed to come out with this new god awful product.
Breakfast was then yogurt and melon Lunch...chicken sandwich, raspberries Dinner leftover Tuscan chicken

I’m at a loss to understand why WW hasn’t reformulated the smoothies and coffee packets, but managed to come out with this new god awful product. They may have, in fact, reformulated the older products…they just may not have released them. Remember, one of WW’s mottos has always seemed to be “waste not, want not,” and they seem to NEVER throw anything out—they put it sale, clearnance, distress, give it away as parts of packages or deals, etc.—but they never seem to throw anything out no matter how awful it was.

b- one egg omelet w/ cheese and onion, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- turkey and swiss, sun chips, sugar free pudding, water d- bbq pork chop, 2 ears of corn, carrots, unsweet tea
sn- banana, grapes
exercise- walking at work, walk pm- 8643 steps
