Hi owls, Just watching the news about Notre Dame burning. Such a horrible thing to happen. Also talked about the little boy being thrown from the 3rd floor of the MOA. If you've ever been there you know how far that is. Guess he has multiple broken bones and head injuries. Guy said he was looking for someone to kill. Little guy is in critical condition. The family can all use our prayers.
Didn't do much of anything today. Working on remaking a pair of mom jeans. Haven't decided if it's worth the trouble. Washed my sheets also. Dave went to rehab this afternoon. Only 10 more sessions left.
Leftovers or pizza for supper. bettyj
more sessions.

hi owls, that is terrible about the little boy.police say it is close to a 40 foot drop.
news tonight said he was looking for an adult to kill instead grabbed the little boy. our friend rudy would say shoot him, don says dropped him head first from tall someplace.
as teenagers we would have this saying hang him by the balls and skin him alive.boy aren't we terrible.
I have been in my playpen. finally finish the 10 1/2 inch quilt block for the charity girls.
now I need to figure out what to take to the sew day tomorrow. work on something of my own.
I feel so sorry for the people of Paris do not like to see any church destroyed. I could not help but think if it had to happen, why not after Easter? thing do happen in life we have no not control over.

That cathedral is beyond church. It is amazing. I have stood staring at the rose window. you wonder how humanity built such a thing. It is the lady who watched over Paris for 800 years.
Hard day with that, dr, yeast from antibiotics, major issues with 2007 computer we need to wipe and get rid of which keeps refusing to start and sometimes will not take password. That and tmj from clogged ears from sinus issues from allergies causing sore throat. Thank heaven dh is doing welltoday. i was in no way up to nursy stuff.

Hello everyone,
So glad chandelier is installed. They had to use the copper ground wire and it looks fine. Luckily it was a darker than the bright orange one on the first chandelier. Thanks again to Phyl and Don for their help. It looks really nice and so upscale. Compliments all the antique furniture.
Talked with a design firm different than the one that did our remodeling today regarding the Hunter Douglas fabric verticals. Somner style. Not in the best frame of mind to choose anything right now. I will wait until next month after the roof is completed and then focus on ordering it. In the meantime will make due with the 2 stand up wicker privacy stand up shades we have. At least they totally block view into house at night.
Today went grocery shopping and after dinner I need to do some filing.
Tomorrow the termite mite guy will be here to collect deposit and go over all prep for wood repair and tenting.
Going to bed early tonight and watching tv.

Glad the chandelier went well.
They say the relics at the cathedral are ok...the crown of thorns and piece of the true cross they use at Easter. Knowing the history of false relics...the true cross must gave been 1/4 mile high, highly improbable. but many rever them, so they are relieved.
