down .2 which I'm happy with- my monthly 'friend' is visiting so I thought I would be up. I"ve been up the last 2 weeks so any decrease is a win win for me today!!

Congratulations to all the holiday-week losers and maintainers!
I did a no-weigh on Saturday (only weigh on 1st visit each month).
Meeting topic, all about finding another newNewNEW exercise, was pretty deadly-dull. This is NOT a topic that works in our group, as we see each time it rotates around.
And the woman who last week wanted to know "what specific vegetables would raise her metabolism" (and wanted the coach to research it for her) was not there.
