B: 1 coffee w/2T heavy cream; 1 coffee w/Califia farms unsweetened creamer L: tuna salad (tuna, dukes mayo, hard boiled egg); sliced cucumber and grape tomatoes D: chicken "fajitas" stir fry: chicken thighs w/poblano peppers, a little carrot and yellow squash sauteed in avocado oil topped w/guacamole
I may have a carbmaster or Fage plain yogurt since the calories are under 800 again, or use 2 pouches of tuna at lunch, depends on my appetite.

b- one egg omelet w/ cheese and onion, 1% milk l- turkey and swiss, sun chips, sugar free pudding, water d- pork chop, carrots, broccoli, water
sn- banana, grapes, ww brownie
exercise- walked at school, walked pm- 8895 steps
