⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * Ifyou give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

Don't call it a dream, call it a plan.
"If you have a heartbeat, there's still time to follow your dreams."

Words do change the way one thinks about things...plan vs dream... AND the second part...not sure that JUST a heartbeat is enough to accomplish some dreams although...it is perhaps a different way to say that you are never to old to...whatever.
They call us dreamers, but we're the ones that don't sleep.
KAREN: How brilliant you are to have made the groupon that didn't work out work for you. I hope the walk and the time you spend at Modrn Sanctuary will be just what you need. Your comment about not sleeping made me think of the quote above.
BOB: Do you have any more adventures lined up this year...you know...fossil hunting, bike treks or visits to out of the way places?

Thanks Cathy. I had a great day! All went according to plan. Gorgeous day helped. I got in > 7K steps which for me lately is phenomenal. I loved the place. Nice energy, lots of services but I was doing only 2; the Somadome & the Salt Room. The Somadome is a cool chair with footrest and a lid, sort of like my float pod but without the water. You ut on headphones and choose your experience which is either music or a guided meditation. I did one of each with my 2 20 minute sessions. The light inside corresponds to the program you choose and the music features brain waves you can choose - delta, theta, etc, which are listed on your "menu". Then I spent 1 hour in the Salt Room in a papasan chair with cushioned footrest while music played. I also had my own headphones and music on my phone to choose from. I left floating on air.
I do have a plan for this summer which I'll tell you about another time. Great quotes today!

Not so much this year for big adventures. We are going to New York to see Moulin Rouge on Broadway w Aaron Tveit whom my wife follows. I am doing a 3 day bike ride w our son and daughter-in-law in the Columbia River gorge. The International trips are usually about every other year and our museum is going back to Mongolia in 2020. We are penciled in for that one.
Karen: Modrn sounds marvelous. Maybe take my wife there when we visit New York.
