b- one egg omelet w/ onion and cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- chunky soup, 1/2 cheese sand, sugar free pudding, water d- left over 1/2 serving fett. alfredo, salad, unsweet tea
sn- banana, maybe a skinny cow bar
exercise- walked during school- 6387 steps
