Italian roll L - I have LO lamb and tzatziki that I will transform into a gyro salad D - Pan seared scallops with an ajvar/mayo sauce, small sweet potato, French green beans E - Hauling bags of dirt, pulling weeds and tons of steps

The plan may end up being different than reality but plan for today is:
Roasted broccoli with homemade ranch dip Spaghetti squash with homemade cheese sauce and bacon Baked chicken breast with peanut sauce And some nothing bundt cake because we got a coupon in the mail and I promised the girls I'd take them for one.

b- 2 eggs, 1 turkey sausage patty, eng muffin, 2 glasses 1% milk l- cheese, olives, few pepperoni slices, grape juice d- rotisseri chicken, mashed potatoes, spinich, water
exercise- walked am/pm- 6568 steps
