Nothing yesterday BUT today will be the 14 laps...did 12 day before yesterday. I went back down from t he 20 I had been up to not wanting to overdo and tweak the knee(s). So...warm nice day out today but for some reason wasn't in the mood to walk yesterday. No excuses today.
BOB: The water is back on. I guess hubby nagging them helped. You were BUSY and ACTIVE and must have needed a soak in the hot tub or to relax after the 30 miles of riding!
