b- one egg omelet w/ onion and cheese, 2 slices bacon, 1% milk l- turkey and swiss, sun chips, sugar free pudding, water d- steak, baked pot, corn on cob, water, cupcake (surprise belated b-day dinner by my cousin)
sn- banana
exercise- walked during school, walked pm- 9588 steps
