B: coffee w/nutpods creamer L: thinking I might do a burger on a smart buns burger bun and some roasted okra ( smart buns are only 72 calories. I use a serrated knife and cut the bottom bun in half because it's a lot thicker than the top bun, then when I get 2 slices, I use that to make a toasted sandwich lol). D: probably tuna salad and a green salad. I made a roast yesterday with brussels sprouts, squash and onions, but the veggies got overcooked and DH was whining about it, so I may cut up the roast for them and warm it with some rice and cream of mushroom soup lol. Me? I have no issued with taking overcooked veggies and pureeing them with some chicken broth and cream to make a soup

S - Usual coffee B - Ricotta stuffed french toast with blackberry compote and fresh blackberries L - Hummus/goat cheese/shredded carrot wrap, Sliced tomato. AFI food show - tuna tartare, tuna poke, mini pretzel wrapped hot dog (yuck), filet mignon with chimichurri, pork tenderloin, teriyaki chicken, strawberries with dark chocolate hummus, Chinese sparerib (yuck), fruit, mini salami/cheese wrap. I kept it to 1 or 2 bites max and avoided all the fried and pasta offerings. Then they sent a large box of produce over to the office and I scored 2 red peppers, cucumber and a huge bag of spring mix to take home. Will have today's lunch tomorrow. D - Panko crusted bass, roasted cauliflower, light Caesar salad w/homemade croutons E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights

b- 2 eggs, 1 turkey sausage patty, slice of whole wheat toast, 1% milk l- whopper- left over from what I was going to eat for dinner last night, salad, corn, water d- lemon/garlic chicken, steamed squash/onions, water
sn- banana, peaches, will have 2 ww homemade cookies
exercise- walked during school, walk pm- 8484 steps
