⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * Ifyou give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

Put your heart, mind and soul into even your smallest acts. This is the secret of success.

I am not sure I can put all that effort into EVERY act of the day but perhaps being mindful is essential? Hmm....
KAREN: Sorry you were tired. Do you keep water nearby at work or is it something you have to get up and go to a fountain or cooler to get?
BOB: Sorry about the biopsy delay. I don't think I have ever had or seen panko crumbs...

I love that recipe Bob. I just bought a new box of plain Panko yesterday so I'm all set! Good luck today with the biopsy. Prayers your way!
I love this quote because I have noticed exactly that. Honoring your acts with full intention brings more satisfaction than you would imagine. So this really resonates with me.
I bought a few tall Smart waters that I can refill with tap water. Just having the bottle on my desk should be the visual cue I need. Monday when we went to NYC I walked over 12K steps. I know that sounds good but my body was nowhere near able to do that since my "hiatus" of 2 1/2 months on medical leave. I'd averaged 3-5K. I now have pain in my upper L thigh and I hope it's just muscle strain and not hip pain. I was so achy yesterday after work, a doctor's appointment and errands so I chilled last night. I will be cooking a meal tonight since I have no other plans. Ideally, I'll work, come home, nap, feed the dogs, and then make dinner. Still trying to get to bed at a decent hour. I feel so much older than my years lately and I really hope that changes.

I love this quotation too. . Soooo sorry about your leg pains. Thanks for the good thoughts. Turns out we all agreed that I didn't need the biopsy right now. I had a small amount of ativan/loazepam in my system (1 mg) i.v. but just skipped the bx for now. My platelet counts were even a bit better that the bartely normal value I got from my primary Dr. I will be going in more frequently to monitor my condition with blood tests, but ok for now. I have notes when I had marrow bx in 2014 and 2016.
