So Wed may 1st I did my skyline loop not knowing if my expected hip bone marrow bx would bother me. Well we all agreed that we could postpone any marrow biopsies in the short term. Anyhoo I rode for 90' up to skyline Wed and also walked for 75'.
On Thur I walked 30' early and went in for expected bone marrow bx, but we all agreed (after I already had i.v. hooked up and had 1 mg of ativan/lorazepam in my system) that we could certainly wait for awhile doing a bone marrow bx. I waited about 6 hours before doing a short 35' bike ride.
