⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * Ifyou give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS too! YES, you CAN

If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.
AND
Wake up with determination Go to bed with satisfaction

I had to put the mosquito quote in - had never seen it before and it made me smile and also think about what a "little" thing can do in creating change...
The other...liked that as it gives focus for my thoughts today.
Karen: I remember walking "too much" in January and not being able to move without pain for over a month. I do understand your 12,000 step pain after the NY visit!
Bob: Hope all went well with the biopsy and you are okay
I have to take a shower, clean the kitchen, might need to come up with a menu for lunch and then be available while hubby has his cousin over for lunch...need too get a move on!

uh skipping sleeping w a mosquito. bzzzzzzzzzz bzzzzzzzzzzz. Love it. There was also a great science fiction story about a wasp or bee flying around inside a car and causing a wreck. Name escapes me. Small things can make a difference.
Well turns out we were all in agreement that we didn't need the bone marrow bx right now or treatment. I had already been given ativan/lorazepam i.v. but only 1 mg so not bad. Waited about 7 hours before going on short bike ride.
12,000 steps sounds like a lot to me too. We did walk a lot when in NY and will probably do the same when going to see Moulin Rouge around Labor Day.
